Talha OKAN was born in 1997 / Nevşehir, Urgup. As a child, he was directed to the field of painting by his teachers. He graduated from Anadolu University Painting Department. He opened his first solo exhibition in 2017 and participated in many group exhibitions. He continues his works in Nevşehir (Ürgüp).
